Hi! Happy Friday and Happy June! My favorite part of June is how long the days are….what’s yours? There’s just something about the smell of the early summer mornings that make it so wonderful. Anyone else with me?
I decided to shoot a quick vlog while I was doing work in my backyard. I haven’t done one in forever and figured why not give you a little update that way. It’s short and quick.
Today I did a workout from the Nike Training Ap. If you don’t have it, I highly recommend it. It’s FREE and has awesome workouts from 15 minutes to 45 minutes long. When I do it I make some modifications, like plank instead of bicycle crunches. It’s so good though and again, it’s FREE. You can download it from iTunes.
Some notes about the vlog: When I said I felt stuffed like a muffin, I meant I had a muffin top in my pants. It just came out that way and since I wasn’t editing, it’s staying that way. You can be stuffed like a muffin too, right?
I need to get back to my work. Lots and lots of behind the scenes things going on for Pure Bliss Eats. So grateful. Have I said that enough lately?
