6:28 and Liv is still sleeping. Probably because she was WIDE awake from 4:00-4:55. What the heck baby? Danny stuck her in the swing and let her fall back to sleep in there and she’s still going. Now I’m up and enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee in my favorite winter Starbucks mug.
I Will Endure Cardio Workout: I’m just going to say that I will forever be doing Best Body Bootcamp. $25.00 is a ridiculous deal for what we’re getting for 8 weeks of workouts. I highly recommend signing up for the next round starting in April.
Melt it Off Circuit Workout: Anything you can do at home in a short amount of time that makes you get sweaty I’m down with.
Two Food/Drink Obsessions:
At Home Lattes: I make one HUGE one at 1 or 2 o’clock everyday when Liv goes down for her afternoon nap.
Chobani Coffee with Chocolate Chips yogurt…amazing. Just what I needed…an extra serving of coffee and chocolate in my life.
Two Favorite TV shows:
We’re slowly getting through the series The Shield. I say slowly because back in our (young) pre-child days we’d fly through a series in a week or two. Now since we can both barely stay awake we average 1-2 episodes a night. I try and glue my eyes open to get through the second one…but it usually doesn’t happen.
Vanderpump Rules: I am a sucker for good trash and this. is. it. Stassi and Jax. What? He’s like 40. I’m sorry. Not cute.

When Fitspiration Isn’t Inspiring. I loved this post by Claire. It’s SO easy to feel like you have to be keeping up with the latest fitness fad, eating the latest “hot” foods OR feel like you’re not as good as the next person because you’re not as (lean, thin, toned, sweaty…etc). I love the B.G.T.Y (Be Good to Yourself) image. It’s true. We all have to do what’s best for OURSELVES.
Now that this took me THREE nap times to get done (I started at the end of the first two…) it’s time for me to get a SNACK!
