A couple of weeks ago I went to Providence to give away some Blissful Eats granola to people running in the Providence College Friar 5k. We were 1 of about 6 vendors, so it was a small and intimate event for the vendors (about 1,000 runners.)
Another vendor was the company Nuts N’More, started by Neil, Peter & Dennis. They were super friendly and gave us their whole back story…including the fact they were on Shark Tank and partnered with Robert Herjavec and Mark Cuban! You can watch the episode here. After tasting their nut butters, I fell in love and they so graciously gave me one of their pumpkin spice peanut butters.
A little background on their nut butters: (from their website)
“Our nut butters are made from premium ingredients – natural sources of nutrition that are good for you and your family. Fortified with whey protein and flaxseed, our nut butters have an extra source of protein and heart- and brain-healthy omega-3s.”
They currently have 6 flavors, with 14 grams of protein each (fortified with high quality whey isolate protein and flaxseed)!
After posting a couple of pictures on my instagram, I had a bunch of people who wanted to try. I contacted them about a giveaway and they were more than happy to share the nut butter love!
