Super Bowl Sunday Series: Healthy Artichoke Dip with Chobani!

by Nicole on January 24, 2012

Have you worked on writing down those positive feelings when you were riding high from optimism, hope and happiness yesterday? I hope you did!

Anyways, to keep the good things going, I have a delicious recipe for you today. Super Bowl is coming up in less then two weeks, so Jill and I decided to get together and make some healthy recipes. Who doesn’t want to eat something delicious on Super Bowl? That’s basically the ONLY reason I LIKE Super Bowl!

After brainstorming, we decided to do 3 different recipes. I’ve made artichoke dip before, but I have to say I am borderline obsessed with this one. It’s low in fat and calories, uses minimal amount of cheese  AND can be enjoyed with chips, carrots, celery or just with a FORK.

If there is anything you’d like to see Jill and I make…LET US KNOW! We’ll be doing another series for Valentine’s Day! Stay tuned for my favorite Super Bowl recipe…TOMORROW!

Have a wonderful day! It’s warmer out…take advantage!

Disclosure: Chobani provided us with the container of 0% greek yogurt!

Digging the healthy swap! You guys are so cute working together in the kitchen. And I love Chobani. Geez, Jill is a real drill sergeant in the kitchen ;) I don’t like salt, either.
