Weekend Link Up: Best Reads of the Week!

by Nicole on February 4, 2012

Happy Saturday! I’m popping in real quick to say hi and to wish you a happy weekend!

I’m taking 20 minutes of peace and quiet before I get crazed. I have to clean the house, make a whole lotta pizza dough and get my run on, among other things. Hoping to get in a last minute manicure at some point too!

Besides pizza dough, which I already got going, I’ll be making these mini cheesecakes by the Pure 2 Raw twins. Ever since they posted pictures of these babies, I’ve been majorly lusting over them. I don’t have a mini cheesecake pan, so mine won’t be *as* perfect, but as long as they taste 1/2 as good as they look, we’re good to go! I’ll let you know how it turns out!

I enjoyed my weekend.
You seemed to have done a lot of work this Saturday. How were the pizza & cheesecakes?

I love making pizza dough. Just tried a recipe based on European flour w/ spinach. Do you have any really interesting pizza dough recipes floating around here?
P.S. something is wrong w/ your form as it says I have no posts to submit, But I do! Weird. This is our latest: http://funandfit.org/2012/02/patriot-push-ups-challenge-round-up/

Glad I’m not the only one lusting over those cheesecakes. I think they’re on my to-do list too ;)
